What does this service cost?

  • For online transactions, there is a 2.49% plus $1.75 fee when using a credit card.
  • There is a $1.75 fee when using eCheck (ACH).
  • Please note that these fees are non-refundable.

Will I get a receipt for the online payment?

Yes. Once you have completed the payment process, you have an opportunity to print a receipt for the transaction.

If the business name has changed or if the business has a new owner, can I pay online?

No. You will need to contact the Nebraska Department of Agriculture, Food Safety Consumer Protection (FSCP), Weights & Measures at (402) 471-3422 for assistance

If I have changed devices and replaced them with new devices, can I enter the new device information online?

No. You must contact our office at 402-471-3422.

Am I able to add a weighing and measuring device to my re-registration?

No. You must contact our office at 402-471-3422 for assistance.

Am I able to remove a weighing and measuring device from my re-registration?

What is my scale capacity?

The scale capacity is designated by the manufacturer of the scale. The rated scale capacity is either marked on the scale's weight display or marked on the scale's serial plate.

Note: the weight a scale may be routinely used for is not the same as the weight designated by the manufacturer

How do I know if I have a High Gallon Pump?

If your pump will deliver at a rate of 20 gallons a minute or greater, or the delivery rate will be marked on the pump's serial plate.

i.e.: (5 gpm minimum to 60 gpm maximum)
