Online Renewal of Weights and Measures Device RegistrationsYou can register your devices online, unless one of the following applies:
You have changes to the owner or business name.
You are adding or removing registered devices.
Please review your Device Registration Form that you received in the mail for any necessary changes. You will not be allowed to make any changes online. To make changes to the Owner and or Business Name, or to make changes on Device Registrations, please follow the instructions on the Device Registration Form. Return a copy of your device registration form with the changes to the address on the form with your payment by August 1, 2012. Contact the Weights and Measures Division for questions at
To complete your weighing and measuring device registration online, you will need the following items:
Your owner and firm number that are printed on your Device Registration Form.
Checking account routing number or Master Card or Visa Credit Card information. Debit card use is not available at this time.
For online transactions, there is a 2.49% plus $1.75 fee when using a credit card. There is a $1.75 fee when using eCheck (ACH). Please note that these fees are non-refundable.
You will have the opportunity to review all applicable fees prior to finalizing your transaction. At that point, you will have the option to cancel your transaction and pay via a traditional, offline method. Online payment is an alternative to traditional type of payments and is considered voluntary.
