The Zutaverns have been in the cattle business since the late 1800's, in the same general location, in the Sandhills near Dunning. We are strictly an Angus commercial cow/calf operation. We retain ownership of our steer calves until sale. Auction generally in January or February. We have 300 to 400 bred heifers for sale in November/December. All are home raised and carry one brand, the Bar Z (- Z). Our cows are medium framed and weigh around 1,350 lbs.
